A lively community providing Independent Living housing and services for 100 seniors in Des Plaines, Illinois, Oakton Arms requested Architectural Design, Interior Design, Construction Management and FF&E services from Aptura for a 2007 renovation project. Aptura managed the design, construction and installation components of the project, accommodating the community’s active population by working room by room. The renovation let Oakton Arms' living spaces reflect the vitality of its residents. Due to the revitalizing effect of Aptura, Oakton Arms has since returned to partner on new projects.
