Arbor Trace called on Aptura to create a "Main Street" area that connected its assisted living and skilled nursing areas. Aptura's architect worked past space and budget constraints, using paint, moldings and other simple materials to add depth and dimension. The facades that open onto the main corridor lead residents into common areas that offer socialization opportunities and serve as cueing devices for orientation. From the movie theater and music club to one of the community's three dining options, Aptura worked with Arbor Trace to successfully join aesthetics and functionality for a community showpiece that truly enhances the lives of its residents.
