The vision for this conceptual rendering was to elevate the traditional dining experience to one that focuses on hospitality. This dining area was designed to evoke a luxurious, upscale aesthetic. Dramatic lighting and textured carpet set a modern stage for this space.

Milford, IA – 22 beds, assisted living addition to skilled nursing community<br /><br />Decorative lighting, raised ceiling details and a china display cabinet take this traditional dining room to elevated levels of elegance and class.

San Antonio, TX – 161 beds, independent living<br /><br />An earthy color palette and rich wood tones were chosen to complement the Spanish-style architecture. Based on the client's wishes, environmentally-friendly products such as zero-VOC, low-odor GREENGUARD Certified paint and 100% recyclable carpet were incorporated into the project.

Lanham, MD – 119 beds, assisted living and memory care<br /><br />This space lends itself to intimate dining situations. Natural light floods this area through large windows. On warmer days, the enclosed courtyard garden provides additional seating.

Winter Haven, FL – 118 skilled nursing beds and 34 assisted living units<br /><br />This space is a semi-formal dining area where residents can enjoy a meal with family and friends. An adjacent food preparation area is accessible to residents and visitors to prepare a home-cooked meal.
