Broussard, LA - Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living, 148 SN beds, 30 AL beds<br /><br />This foodservice design project strategically developed a fully outfitted, spacious production kitchen, serving area, salad bar and nourishment stations.

Lubbock, Texas – 70 beds, skilled nursing<br /><br />This restaurant-style kitchen features a cook line with a rapid cook oven, griddle and range that allows for made-to-order and bulk-production meals. To promote an efficient work area, ample storage space was implemented in this small space through wall shelving and under-table storage.

Lubbock, Texas – 70 beds, skilled nursing<br /><br />Convenient, built-in hot wells allow staff to serve meals closer to the residents in this residential-style serving kitchen. This allows staff to provide fresh, hot meals and more personalized care for residents. The design also facilitates activities where residents and guests are encouraged to participate in baking and preparing meals.

Milwaukee, WI<br /><br />This innovative serving kitchen features Universal design with 34"-high countertops to accommodate residents in wheelchairs. Additional features include a front-breathing freezer/refrigerator, recessed hot wells with mounted controls and under- and above-cabinet lighting.

This serving kitchen concept features generous 32"-deep counters to accommodate large beverage equipment. 15"-deep cabinets offer thermal foil doors. Ergonomically designed raised-well washer and built-in microwave provide additional convenience.
