Already a lively community, Oakton Arms wanted to visually communicate the vitality of its residents through a renovation centered on the independent lifestyle. Aptura managed the design, construction and installation components of the project, accommodating the client’s request to work room by room. This ensured that the community's active population could remain so during the renovation. The central atrium is now hospitality oriented, with seating arranged to encourage socializing. A player piano adds a whimsical touch to the space, and strategically placed foliage creates intimacy. Oakton Arms discovered the revitalizing effect of Aptura and has since returned to partner on new projects.
