Avon, IN – 137 beds, assisted living and skilled nursing<br /><br />This pioneer-inspired town square was designed as a fun social scene for residents. Features include a custom “front porch” where residents can relax in rocking chairs and chat with visitors. Building façades use stone and brick veneer, siding, metal roofing, porch posts and railings to lend an authentic feel. All the realistic elements combine to create a social hub for the community.

AL – 32-78 beds, assisted living <br /><br />This shared office area concept was designed to cultivate effective dialogue between staff, residents and family members. Cabinetry above the computer stations provides significant storage to help maintain an organized and inviting workspace.

Winter Haven, FL – 118 skilled nursing beds, 34 assisted living units<br /><br />The Surf Shop offers a popular retail destination featuring food and other amenities for sale. This unique space boasts a thatched roof, custom mural and hand-painted surfboards that really make this area come alive.
