A warm, inviting atmosphere meets multi-purpose planning in Sunny Ridge, a resident-centric Skilled Nursing community. Aptura handled the design and construction processes of their 2008 renovation to make the most of limited space. Nursing stations were opened up to foster resident and staff interaction. Common areas were refreshed with compelling furnishings and finishes. An uninviting basement was transformed into a revenue-generating occupational and physical therapy space.
