Historic features and updated amenities offer a unique take on Senior Living
Located in historic Danville, Virginia, Commonwealth Senior Living at Stratford House wanted to completely renovate part of their building into a functional and inviting space. Previously a women’s college, the historic parts of Stratford House were most recently used as office space. They partnered with Direct Supply® Aptura® to repurpose the building as well as create a new Memory Care wing to expand their offering, boost marketability and attract new residents.
Aptura’s solid partnership with the client and general contractor helped the entire project run smoothly. With a strong connection to the local history and an expanded care offering, Stratford House was able to boost marketability and restore the historical details that help differentiate the community. Rooted in a rich past, Stratford House is now set up for success and prepared to welcome generations of future residents.
